With its origin south of Rold Skov, the river runs approx. 50 km through the landscape to its outlet in Hjarbæk Fjord. One of the more well known creeks in Denmark with good fishing for seatrout. Here, over the years, several large, and beautiful seatrout have landed. The river has, in some places, cut itself deep under the brink. Holes like these can hold large amounts of fish.
Even with the light fly gear you can get great experiences along this fine river.
